Meet the Team

Denice is recently retired, having taught in Essex secondary schools for over 30 years. During this time, she has held a number of senior leadership roles, including headship.

She has also worked as an educational consultant, focused on improving standards of teaching and learning and developing CPD programmes for various schools. In 2007, she was awarded a Masters degree for school improvement from the University of Cambridge.

Over the years, Denice has served on the governing bodies of several schools within Essex. Her main role has been to monitor standards of education and provide appropriate levels of challenge for school leadership.
