Governors will transfer across in a similar way to the staff. However, the Trust is committed to ensuring that governors are effective, challenge the school leadership and support the development of appropriate plans. Local Governing Bodies will continue to exist with between 9 and 15 members, including at least two parents. We will carry out a skills audit to ensure that LGBs have the right mix of expertise amongst their members. Training and support will be provided.
