‘Wonderful’ GCSE results at Clacton County High School
School bosses at Clacton County High School are celebrating “wonderful” GCSE results which saw a huge 10 percent improvement on last year.
There were some stunning individual results with two pupils achieving A* grades in every single subject – a first for the school.
Dannae Zuccala, 16, was awarded 11 A* grades including the new highest award of A* distinction in further maths.
Ben Jones also achieved straight A* grades in his 11 subjects. Lily-pegg Burge, Nick moodey and Amy Bradd also achieved a raft of A* to A grades
Just over 60 percent of county high pupils achieved at least 5A*-C grades including English and Maths.
