Students from Clacton County High School celebrated the end of their GCSE examinations with their year 11 prom.
A large crowd gathered outside of the school to greet students to the annual event.
Some made spectacular entrances, arriving in a range of vehicles, including sports cars, motorbikes and stretch limousines.
The boys put on their best bib and tucker while the girls wore stunning gowns
School principal Neil Gallagher said the evening was an “amazing success” and a great way to round off the end of the year.
He said: “Although many will be returning to our sixth form in September, we wish each and every one of them the best of luck with their future studies.
